Looks like FSU still had one more position to fill. 

The Seminoles now have their director of college scouting in Joe Manion, with Noles247 reporting the move Tuesday. 

Manion comes over from the Ivy Leagues where he was general manager at Columbia University. His role will involve identifying players in the transfer portal plus assist with scouting future opponents. 

He's also been a part of football staffs for Harvard and Kent State.
