Game Day Discussion

How will Illinois find its sixth win?
Which of Illinois' four remaining games do you think the Fighting Illini are most likely to win to clinch bowl eligibility? Illinois is currently 5-3 and must win one to secure a third consecutive trip to a bowl game.
- Nov. 6 vs. Nebraska (5-2)
- Nov. 13 at No. 7 UCLA (8-0)
- Nov. 21 vs. Iowa (6-2)
- Nov. 28 at No. 20 Northwestern (6-2)

Grade Katin Houser's performance:
Katin Houser's final stat line from today's win over Maryland:
- 18-for-32 passing
- 223 passing yards
- 1 passing touchdown
- 1 interceptions
- 2 rushes for 18 yards

Bielema and Whitman after the win:

Maryland stadium is EMPTY vs. Illinois
I get that it's a noon ET game on Halloween and Maryland is really bad, but the fact that FREE TUITION couldn't get students to show out for the Terps' game against the Illini is crazy to me.

Katin Houser intercepted early
Katin Houser was picked off on his second throw, which was high and inaccurate. Gotta wonder how much that hand is impacting him.

Crazy to me that Houser is playing
Honestly shocked that through it all, Houser will only miss one game after breaking his hand. Huge gain for the Illini to have him back!

Illinois exhibition starters and injury update
After slipping and falling during practice yesteday, Lincoln Williams is good to go and will actually be starting tonight's exhibition game against UIC.
