Big man can step up

Jason Jakstys' playing time has been limited since coming to Illinois. He redshirted in 2024-25 and missed the back half of last season with a blood clot.

Jakstys needs to come up HUGE with David Mirkovic and Zvonimir Ivisic both out. He has seven offensive rebounds and 10 defensive rebounds in his career through just 48 minutes.
