I'm not sure how Jamie Pollard has lasted 21 years at Iowa State. He's done some incredible things with that athletic department, but today he decided to take a shot at Iowa women's basketball during a puzzling message. 

Pollard tried to compare the Hawkeye program's portal departures to the Cyclones, who have basically lost their entire team (including star Audi Crooks) to the transfer portal.
