CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami women's basketball team opened the 2026-27 regular season with a 75-48 victory over Florida Atlantic Monday night at the Watsco Center.

Offensively, Miami was led by junior Ahnay Adams, registering a career high 21 points while shooting 8-of-10 from the field. Two other Hurricanes reached double figures in scoring, as junior Gal Raviv and sophomore Soma Okolo each contributed 11 points.

Follow along as I document all of the pregame hype, ahead of kickoff. And of course the heated match-up between rivals.
