Michigan State lost its second four-star commitment this week, as 2026 linebacker Braylon Hodge decommitted from the Spartans on Friday.

This followed the news of the decommitment of 2026 four-star wide receiver Tyren Wortham on Monday. 

Hodge backing off his pledge was expected, as he scheduled official visits with several other programs this fall, including Michigan, Oregon and Texas.
