One major change is already put into motion and that is Bubba Cunningham transitioning away from his role as UNC's AD in favor of Steve Newmark. 

Could it also be the year that UNC makes a football coaching change as well? If Bill Belichick doesn't dramatically approve from the four-win performance in 2025, you can imagine new leadership would be more than necessary.
