Oct 28, 2026 6:24 PM
Should Aidan Chiles be getting more Heisman consideration? He's led Northwestern to a 6-1 record and No. 20 ranking in the country, and the Wildcats are in a solid position to make a run at the College Football Playoff.
Here's how he ranks among Big Ten quarterbacks:
- 71.3% completion (1st)
- 1,617 passing yards (6th)
- 12 passing touchdowns (T-5th)
- 1 interception (T-1st among starters)
- 177.4 passer rating (3rd)
- 9 rushing touchdowns (1st)
Among Power Four quarterbacks, he ranks 6th in completion percentage, 5th in passing efficiency, 26th in passing yards per game, 10th in points responsible for per game and 6th in rushing touchdowns.
If Northwestern makes the College Football Playoff, should Chiles get a serious look at the Heisman trophy?
