It was announced on Thursday that Oklahoma State’s Ruby Meylan and Texas Tech’s Nijaree Canaday were co-winners of the Big 12 Pitcher of the Year award. 

However, Oklahoma State softball head coach, Kenny Gajewski, was first told it was Meylan’s award alone. 👀
