Unless they make him some stupid offer he can't refuse, I don't think he's leaving Nebraska. I also don't think Cignetti is leaving Indiana. Penn State has a mess on it's hands right now ... you only fire Franklin if you know you have something better lined up. Gonna be tough to win that press release, there's probably only a few names that could do that.
