Tuesday brought a tough blow for Tulane's special teams.

Kicker Patrick Durkin, who quietly entered the portal, signed with Florida. He was the American Conference Special Teams Player of the Year after an impressive freshman season. 

All-Conference Punter Alec Clark also signed with the Gators.

These two positions join a long list of needs for Tulane. Whether younger players will get the chance to step up on special teams or Will Hall will attempt to find some support in the transfer portal remains a mystery.
