It's not going to be an easy road, but with this weekend's series win over South Florida, Tulane still has a chance to make the American Conference Tournament.

The Green Wave is tied with the Charlotte 49ers for 9th place in the league, as both teams have a 10-14 league record. Wichita State is one spot ahead of both programs with an 11-13 record, but if it came down to it, Tulane would have the head-to-head advantage over the Shockers. 

The Green Wave has to take care of business against Rice this coming weekend, and a few other teams have to fall a bit to put Tulane in the tournament.

The odds aren't in the team's favor, but anything is possible. If the team has found a bit of a rhythm and can pick up a big upset against Rice, then things might turn around at the perfect time.
