Junior County draws praise from Dan Hurley

The UConn Huskies men's basketball team had to rebuild a significant amount of its roster this offseason, and landed one of the better players in the Class of 2026 in the process.

The Huskies earned a commitment from shooting guard Junior Country, who ranked as the 42nd-best overall player, seventh-best shooting guard and second-best player in Utah in his class, per the 247Sports Composite.

UConn head coach Dan Hurley recently complimented County, saying that he's stood out "more than anybody" this summer.
