UConn alums receive major ovation for WNBA game

Several of the best players in recent UConn Huskies women's basketball history, Olivia Nelson-Ododa, Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd were on the court for a recent WNBA game between the Connecticut Sun and Dallas Wings on Thursday.

In the state where all three enjoyed success in college with the Huskies, all three received loud ovations from the Hartford, Conn., crowd.

Thursday marked the last time Bueckers and Fudd will likely play an organized game in Connecticut, as it was the last away game for the Wings against the Sun.

Connecticut plans to relocate to Houston next season.
