She didn't hear her name called during the 2026 WNBA Draft, but former Washington Huskies women's basketball guard Elle Ladine still received a training camp invitation to stay home in Seattle with the Storm.

Ladine seems to have quickly acclimated to her new teammates. In a post on "X" from the Storm that was reposted by the Huskies WBB account, Ladine was pictured attending a Seattle Torrent PWHL game with her Seattle teammates.
