The San Francisco 49ers picked up three compensatory picks in the fourth round of the upcoming NFL draft. While it may not seem significant, the team will have plenty of opportunity to get better with the surplus of picks.

The Niners have done an impressive job drafting players later on in the draft. Famously, the team drafted Brock Purdy at the end of the 7th round. It's likely a great player will fall to those picks, if not several good players.
