Former Chicago Bears center Ryan Bates is visiting with the New York Giants, according to Pro Football Talk's Charean Williams. 

Bates spent the last two seasons in Chicago. Before that, he spent the majority of his NFL career with the Buffalo Bills. He never found consistent playing time with the Bears since Drew Dalman didn't miss a game at center. 

Bates played in 18 total games from 2024-25.
