The Haslam Sports Group and the City of Cleveland came to $100 million agreement to help transform the lakefront where the current home of the Cleveland Browns' Huntington Bank Field currently resides.

The deal officially ends all pending litigation between the two sides over the Brook Park Stadium project which will now move forward as planned without any pushback from rhe city.
