Everyone's well aware of the Browns' proposal to extend the number of years out you can trade draft picks from 3 to 5. Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay seemed to shine some light on how the rest of the league feels about the potential change and let's just say it's probably a long-shot to pass. 

It's pretty telling that the coach of one of the more aggressive draft pick trading teams in the league is saying the rule has no chance of passing.
