With the Rams officially eliminated from the playoffs and the Browns expected to interview their pass game coordinator Nate Scheelhaase tomorrow, Cleveland will now be setup to make a HC decision this week. 

All their candidates who came in for second interviews are able to be hired now, barring any last minute additions.
