The Bills just fired Sean McDermott today and I think he's an intriguing new addition to this coaching carousel. Browns did interview him for their HC job in 2016 before hiring Hue Jackson that cycle. 

There's some in-game management concerns with him but he did build a winning culture in Buffalo. Remember, he was there before Josh Allen and was part of turning him into the MVP QB he is today.
