Todd Monken is 3-1 to start his head coaching career.

It’s the best start to a head coaching tenure in Cleveland since Butch Davis started 3-1 25 years ago.

It’s also the best start to a head coaching career in NFL history among coaches that got their first shot as a head coach AFTER they turned 60 years old.
