What is to Blame for Bucs Struggles?

Injuries are definitely a big factor on the Bucs under-performing offense, their passing attack hasn't been the same since Mike got hurt, Bucky and the O-Line being gone haven't helped either. However, Josh Grizzard's play-calling seems to be predictable. Run up the middle, throw a screen, and then a short pass. Being in the Red Zone seems to be even worse, out of every team they currently rank at 22 in Red Zone scoring attempts. It is understandable that they went 0-3 in 3 of the biggest games of the year, with 2 of them being relatively close, But I think they need to start mixing up their offensive gameplan. With Baker being questionable after his injury against the Rams, this season could become one of the biggest "What ifs"
