The Los Angeles Chargers did not bring their A-game on defense to start against the Houston Texans. If they did, it could be cause for concern.

Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud launched two long touchdown passes in the first quarter. One went for 43 yards to Jaylin Noel. The other went for 75 yards to Jayden Higgins.

One quarter does not define a team, but the early start wasn't promising in light of how close we are to the postseason.

Does the Chargers' defensive vulnerability give reason for panic?
