The Los Angeles Chargers are in the process of meeting with star tight end David Njoku on Monday. The possible move has significant implications on what the team can do moving forward.

The Chargers did bring in former Iowa State star tight end Charlie Kolar this offseason. Albeit, Kolar has not yet broken out as a star pass catcher at the NFL level. Much of his reputation has been built with good run blocking in the National Football League.

If the Chargers cannot sign Njoku, will they be able to make do with Kolar?
