The Chargers of the past might have buckled in the face of difficulty, but the 2025 squad didn't falter. The defense responded, holding the Texans scoreless in the second quarter and limiting Houston to six second half points in the 20-16 loss.
That the Chargers lost to another elite opponent might have some cynics thinking they are the "same old Chargers." But their response to adversity suggests differently.
