Jets placed the non-exclusive franchise tag on Breece Hall, which gives New York the right to match any offer he receives. If Hall agrees to an offer that the Jets don't match, the team acquiring him would have to send the Jets two-first round picks.

The Jets placed a franchise tag on Hall (expected) which means our trade deadline rumors of acquiring him, that spilled into the offseason, are over. Definitely a shame but personally I wasn’t expecting to land him
