Colts' Alec Pierce Taken to Locker Room, OUT vs. Chiefs

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce limped off the field late in the first quarter against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football and was later declared out for the game with a left heel injury.

After not putting any weight on his left leg, Pierce went into the blue medical tent to be evaluated before being driven to the locker room.

Pierce had surgery on his left ankle/heel in March and didn't return to practice until late August, missing all of the offseason program and training camp.

He signed a four-year, $114 million extension this offseason.
