Seeing what Mike MacDonald has been able to do with Seattle, I'm a little disappointed that Dan Quinn hasn't been able to post a solid unit in his first two seasons. Sure, Ron Rivera left us with an empty cupboard in terms of draft picks from 2020-2023, but look at what MacDonald started with:

How much of Washington's defensive failures have been on Joe Whitt Jr. as opposed to Quinn and Adam Peters? I've given DQ and AP a pass for now, but next year is a really important season.
