Giants' Dart out for season

News from Wednesday morning: New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart is expected to miss the rest of the season as he undergoes surgery on his left knee to repair an injury from Week 2 that is worse than expected.

Dart's ACL is intact, but damage to the MCL, PCL and meniscus are likely too severe to avoid surgery.

The news comes in a week filled with quarterback injuries, such as Jayden Daniels dislocating his elbow (again) against the Dallas Cowboys.

That's two QBs down in Dallas' division ... but the Cowboys don't see New York (at home) or Washington (in DC) again until the last two weeks of the regular season.
