According to a report from Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Miami Dolphins center Aaron Brewer has been named a finalist for the inaugural NFL Protector of the Year award.

He is nominated alongside Denver Broncos offensive tackle Garett Bowles, Kansas City Chiefs center Creed Humphrey, Broncos guard Quinn Meinerz, Chicago Bears guard Joe Thuney, and Detroit Lions offensive tackle Penei Sewell.
