With a big sigh of relief, Lions star defender Brian Branch is cleared to play this Sunday.

Top defender, Brian Branch was a full participant at practice yesterday making his status ahead of the Miami game looking to be a full go. Detroit is undoubtedly dealing with some injuries so having a player of his caliber back and healthy is huge.

Amon Ra St. Brown has had a heck of a career so far, and has made it to the quickest player  to 600 career catches in just 90 games.

Detroit is getting one of their premier defenders of their secondary back soon in Kerby Joseph. The Lions already saw an uptick in defense last game against Green Bay with Brian Branch returning. When both are on field it will be a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks and wideouts.

Aidan Hutchinson now has 48.0-career sacks, tied with Ziggy Ansah for the 4th-most in franchise history. If he can keep up this pace, there is no telling where he might end up on the overall sack list of all time.

Branch could return soon enough as the Lions’ secondary has been a liability so far through five games. It will be nice to see an upgrade in that position with him on the field.

Lions star defensive back Kerby Joseph looks like he is just about ready to take the field with his teammates. It won't be long until both Joseph and Branch (who returns this Sunday) will be out there making plays again together.

The Lions are getting the fans excited and teasing a bit with the bye week this week. All signs are showing the Lions are going to rock the all black jerseys against the Packers at home for week seven.

The Lions head man celebrates his 32nd today! Lets wish the lions QB a warm Happy Birthday!

The boys are back in town and nearly ready to get back on the field and clean up that messy secondary. Brian Branch and Kerby Joseph are slated to make their return within the next few weeks and that will be a huge upgrade for the Lions secondary.
