With a big sigh of relief, Lions star defender Brian Branch is cleared to play this Sunday.

Top defender, Brian Branch was a full participant at practice yesterday making his status ahead of the Miami game looking to be a full go. Detroit is undoubtedly dealing with some injuries so having a player of his caliber back and healthy is huge.

Jameson Williams stands out on the field with his speed and route running, but his personality may be the biggest feature of him all.

Just when you think there is no more room, Gibbs finds an extra burst of speed and finds a way to make a huge play when his team needs him the most. He has been such an incredible player for the offense this season. If Gibbs can stay healthy, I personally think his name should stand firmly in the league’s offensive POY.

Lions DE Aidan Hutchinson says Ahmed Hassanein will “probably” get his opportunity this week. With injuries mounting, the Lions are going to need a few players to step up and fill in.

Lions rookie RT Blake Miller currently has a 77.3 PFF pass-blocking grade this season.

Amon Ra St. Brown has had a heck of a career so far, and has made it to the quickest player  to 600 career catches in just 90 games.

It is a short list and that is a good thing with the Lions on their way to a clean bill of health to take on a tough Minnesota team.

Detroit is getting one of their premier defenders of their secondary back soon in Kerby Joseph. The Lions already saw an uptick in defense last game against Green Bay with Brian Branch returning. When both are on field it will be a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks and wideouts.

Aidan Hutchinson now has 48.0-career sacks, tied with Ziggy Ansah for the 4th-most in franchise history. If he can keep up this pace, there is no telling where he might end up on the overall sack list of all time.
