Packers head coach Matt Lafleur’s current tenure with the team has left fans skeptical and frustrated in recent years, with poor playcalling decisions and an ultra conservative mentality in big moments. From the 2020 NFCCG where he elected to kick a FG down 8 on 4th and goal with a chance to tie, or his coaching meltdown against the Chicago Bears blowing a 21-3 halftime lead in the wildcard, the playoffs have been a sore subject for the 7th year head coach since the departure of Aaron Rodgers. Taking his foot off the gas and going cold in the second half of games has also become a reoccurring issue for Lafleur. Despite receiving a contract extension this offseason from the Packers, many fans believe he should be on the hot seat for his job if improvements are not made soon.
