The New Orleans Saints signed Zack Wilson at backup quarterback last week. And while it may not be true that a NFL team is only as good as its backup quarterback, there is some truth to the belief that it can indicate how far a team can go in an NFL season.

If a team has a player that can step in and win two of three games in relief of an injured quarterback, it can be the difference in a team making the postseason or having to watch from home.

Does the Wilson addition give any confidence the Saints will be alright if Wilson has to step in and win a game?
