The Pittsburgh Steelers continue to reshape their coaching staff under head coach Mike McCarthy, announcing the addition of Pat Reilly as a defensive quality control coach.

Reilly joins Pittsburgh after spending the 2025 season working on the offensive side of the ball with the Houston Texans, adding a versatile voice to the Steelers’ defensive staff.

While in Houston, Reilly helped support a Texans team that made a strong postseason run, advancing to the Divisional Round after securing a playoff win over Pittsburgh.

Before his stint with the Texans, Reilly built his foundation with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
