The Tennessee Titans were big spenders on Monday during the NFL's legal tampering period. 

On defense, the Titans signed John Franklin-Myers, Alontae Taylor, Cor'Dale Flott and Josh Williams. The defense could line up with Jermaine Johnson and Femi Oladejo at edge rusher, with Simmons and Franklin-Myer on the interior of the defensive line. 

The linebackers would be Cody Barton, Cedric Gray and James Williams. At corner, it could be Flott, Taylor, Josh Williams and Marcus Harris. Followed by safeties Amani Hooker and Kevin Winston.
