The Arizona Cardinals continue reshaping their coaching staff, reportedly hiring Minnesota Vikings assistant wide receivers coach Tony Sorrentino as their new full-time receivers coach, according to ESPN’s Peter Schrager.
After four seasons in Minnesota, Sorrentino arrives with experience helping develop elite talent such as Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison.
He now takes over a Cardinals receiving group featuring emerging stars Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson, a unit the organization hopes can take another step forward under his guidance.
Sorrentino previously coached wide receivers for the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2013 to 2016 and has college experience, including a stint as Florida Atlantic’s director of football operations in 2018.
