The Minnesota Vikings are once again being connected to a first-round wide receiver in PFSN’s latest mock draft, with Texas A&M standout KC Concepcion projected to land in Minnesota at No. 18 overall.
With questions surrounding the long-term makeup of the wide receiver room and Jordan Addison’s name popping up in trade chatter, the Vikings appear poised to explore adding another dynamic playmaker through the draft.
His calling card is what he does with the ball in his hands. Concepcion’s elite change-of-direction, sudden burst, and “human joystick” movement allow him to create separation and punish defenses after the catch.
That explosiveness would give Minnesota a dangerous new weapon capable of generating chunk plays in a variety of ways and also help open up the field for star receiver Justin Jefferson.
