BARCOLA ON BAYERN’S SHORTLIST Reports from Santi Aouna [https://x.com/fcbayernfocus/status/2077424131524505608?s=46&t=r7SIneSi2w3muu3Ga3gxfw] suggest Bayern have already established contact with several attacking players, with Barcola emerging as one of the standout names on their shortlist. The approach comes amid growing speculation linking Olise with a move to Real Madrid, where the French international is believed to view the club as the ideal destination to continue his development. While no formal agreement has been reached regarding Olise’s future, Bayern’s recruitment team appears determined to stay one step ahead. Rather than waiting for a possible departure, the club is already exploring alternative options capable of maintaining the quality and depth of Vincent Kompany’s attacking unit. EUROPE’S BRIGHT YOUNG WINGER The 23-year-old is widely regarded as one of Europe’s brightest young wingers. Since joining Paris Saint-Germain, he has continued to develop into a dynamic attacker. His profile makes him an attractive fit for Bayern’s high-intensity style of play. Comfortable in one-on-one situations and effective in transition, Barcola offers many of the qualities that have made Olise such an important figure in Bayern’s attack. Although replacing a player of Olise’s calibre would be a significant challenge, Barcola’s potential suggests he could thrive in the Bundesliga. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- READ MORE: Bayern Munich Set to Keep Kim Min-jae After Internal Transfer U-Turn [https://roundtable.io/sports/soccer/bundesliga/bayern-munich/transfers/bayern-munich-set-to-keep-kim-min-jae-after-internal-transfer-u-turn] READ MORE: Bayern’s Bundesliga Journey Begins: Fixtures for Matchdays 1–4 Confirmed [https://roundtable.io/sports/soccer/bundesliga/bayern-munich/match-day/bayern-munichs-bundesliga-journey-begins-fixtures-for-matchdays-1-4-confirmed] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Semi Final - France v Spain - Dallas Stadium, Arlington, Texas, U.S. - July 14, 2026 Spain's Lamine Yamal in action with France's Bradley Barcola REUTERS/Hannah Mckay [https://deweb-519a7.b-cdn.net/post-images/7341f0bb-6a84-45ab-ba28-9694a1ca5252.jpeg] Semi Final - France v Spain - Dallas Stadium, Arlington, Texas, U.S. - July 14, 2026 Spain's Lamine Yamal in action with France's Bradley Barcola REUTERS/Hannah Mckay OLISE’S FUTURE REMAINS UNCLEAR For now, Olise remains a Bayern player, and there has been no official confirmation regarding his future.
