Chelsea, in the last couple of years, has always had problems with finding their perfect striker or the new number 9 who could score 20 goals every season for them and keeping the fate of the squad on his shoulders.

Despite investing a lot in strikers, the players that they bought for that position have not lived up to the expectations of the fans, analyst and the club itself. We can mention a lot of names of strikers who have come to Stamford Bridge with great expectations and failed, for example, Lukaku, Morata, Aubameyang, Delap, etc.

The Blues are looking again for a new striker for the next season, so they are exploring different options for important strikers in different leagues. One striker that Chelsea is very interested in is the Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic. The Serbian striker has been a key element of the Italian team in recent years.

 The contract of Vlahovic expires this summer, and this fact makes the Serbian striker a target for many important teams. Based on the rumors, Vlahovic will not renew his contract with the Old Lady, and so he is free to pick up his new team freely without worrying about the transfer negotiations between clubs.

 Chelsea is very interested in signing Dusan and making him the new number 9 of the team, but should be ready to battle with other teams also. Other important teams are interested in signing the Serbian striker, like Tottenham, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona, and Newcastle.

 It remains to be seen if Chelsea will go on this battle in order to sign Dusan or the Blues will look out for other strikers for the next season.
