Who's the most underrated Premier League signing of the summer so far?

For me it's got to be Anan Khalaili to Palace. What a signing that is. A great fee for a player who was being monitored by a whole host of top European clubs. Will replace Daniel Muñoz in the side, and that is some job, but it looks like he will do so seamlessly.
