Luis Diaz is enjoying a dream season in Germany with Bayern Munich, and his numbers back up a very positive performance that has also earned praise from players on other teams. Now, a Manchester United forward lauded him as one of his "favorite wingers" to watch in modern football.

The Colombian is an undisputed starter in Kompany's team and still holds the dream of winning the treble with the Bavarians. They await their opponent in the Champions League round of 16, are leaders in the Bundesliga, and are also alive in the German Cup, where they will face Bayer Leverkusen in the semifinals.

Luis Diaz was key in each competition, contributing goals and assists. In fact, in the Bundesliga, he is Harry Kane's closest challenger in the scoring chart: he has 13 and is 15 behind Kane, with numbers that are impossible to match.
