Luis Enrique highlights PSG's rediscovered form and clinical finishing after a dominant 5-0 thrashing of Marseille.

After his team's demonstration against Marseille (5-0), Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique was inevitably satisfied when speaking to the match broadcaster.

He was pleased to see his team rediscover its form, particularly in terms of efficiency, as seen with Dembele.

Great performance from Paris Saint-Germain, it's historic tonight, a 5-0. You would have signed up for that, I imagine, beforehand. But could you have imagined achieving such a resounding victory against this Marseille side that had troubled you in previous matches?

"What we expected was a difficult match. Today, I think it was like that during the first half, but we overcame the opponent, we played very well, and we created many chances. And I think we clearly deserved this victory."

Were you simply surprised by the level displayed in this match?

"No, surprised, no. It's a real pleasure to play this type of match, with this incredible atmosphere from our supporters. It's an important moment of the season for us, and what we want is to improve every match in the future. But today, we played a very good match, and our supporters gave confidence to the team. And for us, as a club and team, we are happy, and we are thinking about continuing."

(Hoarau speaks) Coach, congratulations, and thank you for preparing the team like that tonight. Can we say that it's finally happening, that Ousmane Dembele is finally ready to finish the season?

"Ousmane is a different player. I think that's why he won the Ballon d'Or. When he plays, different things happen. It's a real pleasure as a supporter to see a player of this level. Very happy for him, very happy for the team, and we must continue."

A contagious pleasure because we felt it in all your players, this pleasure, obviously, inevitably after a 5-0. Now, the path is clear. What I was asking Desire Doue earlier, but it's true that beating Marseille, putting them 12 points behind, retaking first place, are we heading into months where we will crush everything in Paris?

"We continue with our idea. I think this championship has been particular, but we have done a very good job. But Lens is capable of continuing to win. It will be difficult because there is also Olympique Lyonnais. It's a special moment. We are happy to rediscover this efficiency, this level. In the future, there will be interesting matches in the Champions League and in the championship."

Coach, was it a party in the locker room? You seem very calm, very composed. Was it a party in the locker room anyway or not?

"There is no one in the locker room having a party. Tomorrow, there is training! If you want, you can come."
