Paris Saint-Germain earned a 3-2 win at Lyon on Sunday, with João Neves snatching the victory in the final minute after goals from Zaïre-Emery and Kvaratskhelia proved insufficient.
Here are the player ratings for PSG.
Chevalier (4): Hard to blame him for the two goals, but making a save seemed like too much to ask, and his distribution did not really help his teammates.
Zaïre-Emery (6): A strong first half, capped by his goal, but also poor positioning on the first equalizer, followed by a quieter second half.
Zabarnyi (3): Struggled to contain Afonso Moreira on the ground, catastrophic positioning on the second equalizer, but also won important aerial duels and maintained a presence in the box. To the point of wanting to use his hand when he should not.
Pacho (5): Not much to do defensively without a direct opponent, but also did not contribute much despite this freedom.
Hernandez (5): Rugged and often on the edge, but sometimes beaten by the opponent's speed and not always precise with the ball.
Vitinha (8): Always there to organize PSG's play, capable of playing short or long and quick to punish the opponent at the slightest opening.
Neves (6): A good performance complementing the others, and then a valuable headed goal.
Ruiz (6): Accurate play and some very inspired actions, although he struggled to be decisive and present in the final meters.
Lee (6): A major duel against Tagliafico, whom he got ejected; he still struggled to be disruptive, but his left foot knew how to find the target.
Mayulu (4): Struggled in duels and was shaken by the central defenders, also had problems in the heart of the midfield.
Kvaratskhelia (6): Not always comfortable in one-on-one situations, but some good individual actions and a goal with an unstoppable finish.
