Max Dowman has already shown he can make an impact around Arsenal’s first team, and his goal against Ipswich only adds to the feeling that he’s ready for more senior football.
The question is whether Arsenal can actually give him enough of it.
A loan would mean regular starts and proper week-to-week experience, but there’s also an argument that sending him away now makes little sense if he’s good enough to contribute for Arsenal already.
For me, I’d keep him around the first team and give him minutes where possible rather than rushing into a loan.
What would you do: keep Dowman at Arsenal, or send him out to play every week?
