Have Arsenal Done Enough in the Transfer Window?

There’s an interesting contrast developing in North London.

Spurs came off a season where they were battling at the wrong end of the table and have been aggressive in the market, bringing in the likes of Tonali, Fernandes, Marmoush and Savio with Ndiaye now linnkes

Arsenal, meanwhile, won the Premier League and have added Tzolis, Konsa and Bruno G, but could still end the window with several attackers leaving and not much coming back the other way.

There’s obviously still a few days left, and Spurs’ business still has to actually work (it doesn't look like it will!), but has Arsenal’s window been a little too quiet considering the position they’re in?
