According to a recent report on ESPN, penned by Ryan O'Hanlon, if you were to remove set-pieces from the Premier League this season, Cherries would be in fifth place.
Amid a trend of seeing numerous set-piece routines week in week out this season, the Premier League has seen a decrease of 23% fewer open-play goals compared to the previous season.
If just open play goals counted, the league table would be:
- Arsenal: 63 points (26+ GD)
- Manchester City: 61 points (+34)
- Chelsea: 53 points (+16)
- Liverpool: 52 points (+11)
- Bournemouth: 48 points (+2)
