Five things we learned from Leeds United's summer transfer window

Now that the window is finally closed, I’ve been looking back at Leeds’ recruitment and there are a few things that stand out.

The club clearly had a plan with the positions they wanted to strengthen, there was a real focus on adding Premier League-ready quality, and the late business addressed two areas that looked like potential weaknesses.

I’ve picked out five things I think we learned from the way Leeds approached the window - including what it could tell us about the club’s longer-term recruitment strategy.
