Why did Leeds United sign Jean-Mattéo Bahoya?

The more I’ve looked into this signing, the more it makes sense.

Bahoya gives Daniel Farke another option in the attacking areas and, importantly, adds competition on the left side of the attack.

With Gnonto leaving for Fiorentina, Leeds needed another player who could provide something different there.

I’ve had a look at why Leeds targeted Bahoya specifically, what he brings to the side and how he could fit into Farke’s plans.
